Open Plains - In my backyard that has Crabapple tree, Aspen trees, Maple tree, White fir tree, Cottonwood tree (immature), current bush, honeysuckle vine, minimal water availability, and lots of bird feeders

Light:  Partly cloudy

Description of the Bird

5.5", Rufous Crown with a white spot between and above the eyes, yellow throat, yellow at base of tail, dark eye line with a yellow streak above the eye line. I have photos taken 5-7-2013.
Behaviors: Bobbing up and down of the tail, flitting from branch to branch with moments of rest, also flying to the ground foraging. I have video taken 5-7-2013

Similar Species Discussion

I new it was a warbler as soon as I got my glass on it based on the bill, size, and colors. the only similar species that may (not) come into play could be a sparrow. There is no way that this could be a sparrow.
