In a pine tree.

Optics:  Canon EOS 30D camera and Lieca binos.
Distance:  15 feet
Light:  Perfect clear sky and little wind.

Description of the Bird

Small bird with straight needle bill with white belly and gray top with black eyeline. No question of ID. Got some pictures which are attached.
Behaviors: Running in a small pack with quick jerky movements. Climbing all over the pine tree with there feet. Able to hand upside down with their good grip.
Call: The high clear short and rapid pip of the flock was heard.
Plumage: N/A

Similar Species Discussion

Much smaller than a WBNU and no dark top.
